Class Action Lawsuit--Membership Records. Any truth here?

Has anyone here been able to view membership records and annotations?
I know that my pedophile BIL was not annotated even though he was caught in the act of molesting a primary child from the ward.
There is an exmo on some of the facebook groups claiming to have seen her record and the annotations "from birth on" including false information, information stating that anyone who has resigned is has "legal issues" and annotation of family members records if you have apostatized. She claims to have an attorney who has agreed to take on a class action lawsuit to get the church to remove/destroy these files.
Based on what happened to McKenna Denson with her sealed adoption, and based on the history of the SCMC, it sounds plausible, but it also sounds rather tedious to do this for the average member.
I have reason to believe my bishop from many years ago had some sort of issue with me that never made sense, back when I was VERY church broke. If there was some kind of "blip" on my record it would make sense how he treated me in some instances, however. There are two things I can think of--one being that a well connected in the church family member spread a juicy lie about me at one point, and very minor sin I confessed that did not result in any sort of discipline.
Just curious if any of the NOMies have seen the annotations and what they may have included. Are they truly only for homosexuals and pedophiles, or do they get into the mundane records of regular old Mormons?
