Can anyone find the approved list of flags?

Utah is the first state to this - #1 - Mormons leading the #*@# parade.

Parsing the law, the approved flags are:
- US
- State of Utah
- Current flag of another country or state
- City flags
- Military (branch, unit, or division)
- Military (POW, MIA, etc.)
- Indian Tribes
- College or university
- A historical US or Utah state flag (only mentions historic rule for subsections a and b, which I take to mean historic flags of any other type (e.g. other nation, other state, military, city, etc.) aren't allowed
- Public school flag
- Olympic committee
- Olympiad
- An organization authorized to use a public school, only at the location and time of their event
