You should promptly report to law enforcement authorities any fraudulent activity, scam or identity theft."

Most reputable corporations would offer those affected a service to at least monitor their credit activity for a year. But it seems TSCC prefers to just deal with the fallout as it happens and keep paying out the individual "settlements" as they come.

That would be an interesting breach, someone hacks TSCC db and reveals the top brass new names to the world. I'd love to see the fall out from that one.
