Good Business Idea?

This might be a good business idea: The State of Nevada should contract with China to build a high-speed train between Salt Lake City and Wendover. The Chinese have such building down to a science. The expenditure would be recouped by increased revenues to Wendover. A lure in the contract (to make it acceptable to the State of Utah) is that only Latter-day Saints would be hired to operate the train. The last part could be controversial, but it is probably the only incentive for the Church to sign off on the project.
