So really this morning's session was kind of nice. A few train wrecks. But also some surprisingly thoughtful talks.

Let's see if this afternoon keeps up the trend.

Sorry I've been MIA so far for this NOMference session. Between a funeral for a friend of the family and a neighbor explicitly asking for help laying sod in his yard before a big storm tonight, I'm choosing to support friends rather than watch Saturday conference.

MoPag, you are awesome for always running this show!

I'll be heading out to drive Uber in a little while here. My city is hosting a major national sporting event, so I expect to make lots and lots of money #tendermercies

New primary presidency

Oaks actually said "thank you for your continued support of the leaders of the church."

Thank God the church passed the audit. I was worried.

I never noticed before that the audit accounting was addressed directly to the First Presidency, not to the membership. Makes me wonder why they bother at all.

Don't shearers just cut the sheep's wool?

Like, lamb to the slaughter is different than sheep to the shearer.?.?.

Can't these guys mention Nelson once without putting the word beloved in front of it?
