Hey Consig... Can the Letter to an IRS Director be the basis of a class action lawsuit?

This is for encouragement, ideas, and support for people going through a faith transition no matter where you hope to end up. This is also the place to laugh, cry, and love together.

Consig, what’s the chance of a class action lawsuit to get our tithing back now that a whistleblower has come forward with allegations of fraud?

Members expect donations to be used for religious purposes, not held in a 100 Billion investment dark money fund?

I'm sure this whistleblower complaint is being entered into the class action case as additional evidence.

Don't know much about the case. I would love to hear Consig's opinion on the matter of the IRS complaint and the current class action suit. However I do understand if he can't/won't because of professional reasons.

If this money was for the eventual building of the intergalactic Space Ark Nauvoo, it should be allowed as a religious tax deduction pending a future multi-millennial exodus to the Kolobian Galaxy.

A trial exodus of a group of apologists by the year 2035 could help validate this point. Co-captain elder astronauts Kwaku and Peter Pan could head the terrestrially valiant crew.
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

Rubin, can you describe the process? What all is needed?
