An TBM young man (age 16) from my ward recently posted this on fbook
This was definitely an interesting read, I never knew the prophet Joseph smith had tried to become president, would have been nice to see him run this last time around
Then it has the link to an ensign article about JS running for president.

And I'm like:

The upside for me would include Saturday Night Live skits featuring Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and Joseph Smith together on a dating game. Hillary Clinton would host the game and the jokes would nearly write themselves.

Smith 2016 would just be another season of The Bachelor. Chris Harrison, the host, would just finish announcing the last women as she made her entrance. 24 women standing there in pioneer dresses and Joseph would happily announce he was going to marry them all. The remainder of the shows episodes would be to see which wife became wife #1 and which wife would end up in the barn.

Is "ending up in the barn" a euphemism for something? Because according to apologists, Joseph's first sealed wife started out with a transaction in a barn. While there is some argument about the nature of the "transaction", it is asserted that it was an honorable event that was noted as a "sealing". So even if you are not the "first wife", you still might get the special hayloft treatment and that appears to count for something.

I'm pretty sure JS sealed his seed with Fanny. But we'll never know for sure since JS hadn't yet been instructed to return and report.
