I wonder how the President of the church ranks for wealthiest person in the world. The church being a corporation sole and all, I believe this let’s him legally control all the assets of the church, in theory at least.

It will also be interesting to see if RSM follows the trend that Tommy set: No more direct testimony to the truth claims. As the CEO of Mormom Corp, RSM could be liable if he he's to direct in those claims and I'm sure Kirton and McConkie will be reviewing all his talks to make sure he does not. Just read the prompter Russ! No more ad-lib, it's too much risk! I think we've seen evidence of this right from the get go, at the new conference when there was all that awkward pausing while they waited for the words to pop up on the screen.

There's probably only a tiny hand-full of people who have all the information about the actual worth of EVEN the Corporation of the President of EVEN the COJCOLDS, and EVEN the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of EVEN the COJCOLDS, and those that hand-full of people won't be reporting that number to Forbes any time soon.

Even though we can't know his true ranking, CEO cRusty M. Nelson is damn rich though. (On paper at least.)

The guy could buy anything he really wants as is. Lots of 401k/investment money rolling over and never coming out. I guess that happens when you never retire and you have a "modest" stipend.

I wouldn't want to be RMN. The guy has an ego...and he is getting old. When he starts to slip mentally because of age and just plain health, he may be difficult to manage. Can you imagine correcting the man when he makes a mistake?

We've already seen evidence of this when Oaks has to stick his hand up there and take over, right from the very first press conference. I'm sure it will only get worse. RSM may as well just sit on Oak's knee from here on out.
