Ok, so I have never actually online dated since I met my wife in person before online dating was a thing.
What are you doing wrong Rob? Let's analyze this mechanically and not emotionally.
Is your profile pic creepy? Maybe you should take the temple clothes off and put on a nice suite. Wait for the squiggly line from your temple hat to fade before taking a decent picture. Smile.
Are you really 6 feet tall? Be honest. A girl needs to know since size matters.
Long walks on the beach? Who does that in Utah? Maybe you can clarify which beach along the Great Salt Lake you like to take walks on. This might help you attract the attention of the East siders who don't actually know what it smells like on the west side.
Professional credentials are nice but leave off the last 4 degrees. You don't want to come a crossed as too intellectual. That scares the normal pretty girls away from your profile and only attracts the ladies trolling for a sugar daddy!

I'm stumped.... A nice articulate guy like you should have a line down the sidewalk begging for dates? Where do you actually meet the ladies for the first date?
RC Willey's is nice to window shop for furniture but maybe that give the wrong message. Pick an activity that demonstrates your strong manly ability to take charge and lead. A good Utah woman needs a man who will act like a priesthood leader in all walks of life.
