There sure are a lot of scriptures. Some are good and some are horrendous. What are some good ones or your favorite ones?

This one sounds good: "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will freely give the waters of life to those who thirst." Revelation 21:6 Moksha Edition

I like Jeremiah 31:31-34

As for me the message is, I don't need a middle man for my relationship with God. Too bad for apostles and prophets. But really good for the rest of us. We get to deal directly with diety and cut out the middle man. :D

Jeremiah 31:31 “The days are coming,” declares the Lord,
“when I will make a new covenant
with the people of Israel
and with the people of Judah.
.....
33 “This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel
after that time,” declares the Lord.
“I will put my law in their minds
and write it on their hearts.
I will be their God,
and they will be my people.
34 No longer will they teach their neighbor,
or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’
because they will all know me,
from the least of them to the greatest,”
declares the Lord.
“For I will forgive their wickedness
and will remember their sins no more.”

My favorite scripture:
Book of Armaments 2:9-21 wrote:And Saint Attila raised the hand grenade up on high, saying, "O Lord, bless this Thy hand grenade that, with it, Thou mayest blow Thine enemies to tiny bits in Thy mercy."
And the Lord did grin, and the people did feast upon the lambs and sloths and carp and anchovies and orangutans and breakfast cereals and fruit bats and large chu.....
And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three. No more. No less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then, lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it."
Amen!

D&C 58:42

"Behold, he who has repented of his sins, the same is forgiven, and I, the Lord, remember them no more."

I've learned that this doesn't apply to mankind. They are free to remember (and remind) you of every sin when it fits their whims.

D&C 1:12

"Prepare ye, Prepare ye for that which is to come, for the Lord is nigh."

Nice and short.

First scripture I ever shared in Primary, thanks mom!

Litany Against Fear:

“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”
