So glad to see NOM back

I didn't post much on NOM before it went down but I had been following for almost 3 years and it was favorite forum. I was so worried and then happy to see NOM return. Thank you to all of you for pulling it together.
I went by a different username before but I wanted a change because I had told a few people my name and now I want a return of anonymity for personal reasons.
A very brief history. I began to seriously study church history 5 years ago to settle what was becoming troublesome questions in my mind. By seriously I mean taking control of my own study and looking at more than the official view. I was one who liked to read books on theology and was familiar with apologetics since college. But at some point the answers that I had heard for the tough questions began to be unsatisfactory to me. Within a couple years my belief in the church's narrative was completely gone.
My wife is great and understanding but unlike me desires to remain active in the church with our children. We're making it work.
