Hello

So yesterday proved quite insightful as to activitylevel in the Church for YM/YW.
A stake-evenign where we could listen to a member who had done time and got his life back on his feet.
So about repentance, and substanceabuse etc. etc.
An impressive guy.

How many kids attended?
12YW/YW from the entire stake.

My kids attended, because DW had to because our ward had to otganise it this month.
So only 10 were there of their own free will.

12 kids out of 60 YM/YW who are regular attendants on sunday, ........ 12

Let that sink in.
The Church is failing tokeep the millennials in, and will die a slow and drawn out death.

I think this ratio of attendance is pretty standard. They always have these firesides on Sunday night. Nobody wants to get dresses up again and go somewhere for another church activity...
