I guess it's because were were taught not to think when we were TBM. We just obeyed because we really believed that whatever the brethren said was the same as God saying it.

Very much depends on the bishop, but I think most are just happy to have another butt in the seat as long as they don't cause too much trouble.

This is why I look forward to General Conference way way way more then I ever did as a TBM. Deconstructing the nonsense is now one of my favourite activities in the whole world. That and how cool non NOMference is.

You can bet on it. There's still a secret portion.
We know there is still a handbook for mission presidents. I would guess there is a handbook for Area 70s and 70s. Is there one for Q15?
I understand there's a small portion for the leaders, which probably includes the 15. I don't recall where I got that idea - from the wording I saw somewhere, maybe.
