Congrats! I really like the Under Armour briefs. They are spendy, but only the best for the bois.

I just noticed your signature line, Graey. Brilliant. I imagine that's what Moe's recommend interview would sound like. And pretty much everybody else's.

Does anyone have a recommend for comfortable undies that don't stand out so much? If I bend over I to tie my shoe I would like my TBM friends and family to see a plain white waistband that looks like the authorized pattern. I am still sporting authentic undies from the distribution center at this point, but they are wearing out and I don't want to go back there to resupply.

The best thing about not having a TR is not feeling guilty for not going enough. It totally takes that nagging feeling of not doing enough away. Suddenly you can focus on things that matter versus attending the same religious ritual over and over and over again.
RIGHT? And because you feel better about what you do/accomplish, you do more of it...because you want to. If you choose to do ________ with the family of even for yourself, instead of some calling or expectation, you get to enjoy it. Service is sweeter. Doing for family and self is sweeter.

That seems to be a cultural Mormon tradition: holy underwear = holey underwear.

You're supposed to do the unspoken ritual when your garments wear out (does everyone do the mark-removal thing? My mom used to save them up and then secretly burn them, and would be embarrassed if you walked in on her and asked what she was doing). It just seem cultish to do stuff like that and makes us feel uncomfortable so we postpone it. What a weird thing anyway; de-sanctifying a sacred thing that is kind of an embarrassing (sacred) secret anyway. Also, we have to go to a special, potentially far out of the way, place to replace them. So they just get more and more tattered.

Or is it just me?

Lately I just throw the entire garment in the trash, but mine are also wearing to an embarrassing level of hole-ness. I can't stomach buying new ones and I can't stomach DWs cries at night when I stop wearing them. I fear that if I ever get in an accident and the EMTs cut my clothes off they will see these pitiful greyed out masonic underwear with holes.
