At least a short conversation with Pierre de Fermat, a mathematical genius from the 17th century.
Fermat's Last Theorem stumped the math world for over 350 years. He said his proof was too large to fit in the margin of a book, but that proof was lost to history. The current proof of this Theorem is over 1,700 pages long. What was his original idea, because most people are pretty sure it wasn't nearly as involved as what we currently have.
I can just imagine Fermat saying "What- you mean I turned out to be right? I just meant that as a practical joke!"
Yes- that would be a good reason to want to meet him.

I have always wondered if the ancient cave paintings we have were just the caveman version of teenager graffiti.

Where are those? I've been to Stansbury a few times but had no idea they existed.

Here's the trailhead:
40°46'49.1"N 112°29'28.8"W
40.780301, -112.491328
Walk north along the canal about 1 mile to the bottom of this ridge:
40.789182, -112.480913
Start looking at all the rocks with dark patina and work your way up the ridge; the best ones are about half way up.
40°47'25.4"N 112°28'46.1"W

I can't be certain, but one of those looks a little bit too much like one of H.P. Lovecraft's Elder Race. Gulp.

Not in the afterlife, but if I could go back in time, I’d like to meet the person who invented the dress tie and strangle them with one.
