I've been thinking about this today.
We know that Bill got a request for confidentiality as part of his summons. Did he ever say whether or not he agreed to it? I haven't seen anything myself on this.
We have all noted a distinct shift in his town over the last few months and some of his recent podcasts seemed to be intentionally bating the church to take this action against him. My question is: if he was intentionally bating them to Ex him, what is his game plan? Is he going to sneak a recorder in to the proceedings and live stream it? We all know that the result is predetermined. So why go though all the grief associated with a kangaroo court if there is not some artier motive?
