You know what's a kick in the ass? Apparently I'm prone toward acid reflux, so I had to give up coffee. How in the hell am I suppose to burnish my apostate cred sipping on steamed almond milk?

I try to take care of my body and eat healthy, get plenty of sleep, and exercise regularly. That is what the word of wisdom should concern itself with. Instead it serves as a means of virtue signalling and tribal identifying. And that is why I emphatically enjoy my morning coffee without fail.

WOW as interpreted by each separate individual or church leader? Or the spirit of the law which is taking good care of your physical self? I would say yes to the latter.
