You know what's a kick in the ass? Apparently I'm prone toward acid reflux, so I had to give up coffee. How in the hell am I suppose to burnish my apostate cred sipping on steamed almond milk?

I try to take care of my body and eat healthy, get plenty of sleep​, and exercise regularly. That is what the word of wisdom should concern itself with. Instead it serves as a means of virtue signalling and tribal identifying. And that is why I emphatically enjoy my morning coffee without fail. :)

WOW as interpreted by each separate individual or church leader? Or the spirit of the law which is taking good care of your physical self? I would say yes to the latter.
