Honesty Litmus test

Here's a new litmus test for honesty in politicians and other people.
Who started the war between Russia and Ukraine?
Is there an equally effective litmus test for honesty in Church leaders and other people?
God is Love. God is Truth. The greatest problem with organized religion is that the organization becomes god, rather than a means of serving God.
