Anti-LDS chants at BYU Sport games

There was an article in the SL Tribune today about the ongoing and perhaps increasing level of anti-LDS chants at BYU basketball games (and other games). BYU recently played a Providence, Rhode Island Catholic school and the Providence student section started shouting “F@CK the Mormons”. Repeated three times. I find this disrespectful, but now feel for the town of Providence. As retaliation, the church is likely to announce a new temple there with a 400 foot steeple in the most annoying neighborhood or city location. The church will then launch lawsuits with its unlimited funds and end up with an amazing eye sore sure to piss off the masses.

This chant from Providence in early December was similar to ones at USC in 2021 and Oregon in 2022.

The LDS Church could get back at them by building a huge Temple spire without a Temple in some upscale neighborhood and filing a court case before they knew what hit them.
