Stassi D. Cramm, 61, will be the first woman to hold the office of Prophet/President of the Community of Christ Church if her call is approved by the 2025 World Conference. Until then, her title is prophet-president designate.
Here is a podcast on Mormon Discussions about this topic:

President Veazey announced a process to discern the next prophet-president of the Community of Christ in March 2023. In August, a health issue necessitated that he take a medical leave of absence.
In November, the Community of Christ Council of Twelve met for a final discernment meeting and received a list of names shared anonymously by the church. In December, they gathered at Happy Valley Conference Center in California’s Santa Cruz Mountains with two to three names each. They discerned Cramm as the next leader after conversation and prayer, according to church official Katie Harmon-McLaughlin.
Picking the best person for the job rather than just the most senior seems a unique idea.

SHOCKING!
With my background in Mainstream/Utah MORmONism, pretty much all of the way CoC runs things is a massive breath of fresh air.

Outside the Happy Valley Conference Center seems like a good place to make wise decisions.

Wow. That is amazing. I'm glad that a woman is being given a chance to lead. But I never imagined that it would happen, not even in CoC.
Re: New Prophet/President of CoC
How much do they have to pay in tithing?
Re: New Prophet/President of CoC
They pay 10% but it's like a normal mainstream Christian church you give what you can happily no tithing settlement checking up on you etc etc.
By their fruits ye shall know them
