This is for encouragement, ideas, and support for people going through a faith transition no matter where you hope to end up. This is also the place to laugh, cry, and love together.

Mocking Bald Prophets

Post by deacon blues »

In light of 2nd Kings 2:23-25, do you have any fears or concerns about our current bald first presidency, criticizing them, and watching out for bears; especially if you live in areas which bears are known to habituate?
God is Love. God is Truth. The greatest problem with organized religion is that the organization becomes god, rather than a means of serving God.

They can log in to Sic et Non and find a school of piranhas.
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

I love how an unconditional, loving God and His unconditional, loving leaders are all about violent destruction--when you don't live up to their conditions.

Hmmm. Alfred Hitchcock wasn't a prophet, but he was bald. If anyone could summon birds, it would be him.
