Ugh. I have 2 young sons, still primary age. We got them both tank tops for a trip recently and the younger one is loving his tank top. The older one has not put his on yet, so I asked him about it. He said that he felt like it showed a little too much skin.
He doesn't even go to church that often. He's a scrupulous kid, so it's no surprise he clings to rules, but this one doesn't even make sense. I guess it's not just girls that get affected by modesty culture.
