Sunday Afternoon NOMference!!!

This is for encouragement, ideas, and support for people going through a faith transition no matter where you hope to end up. This is also the place to laugh, cry, and love together.

My electrical engineer husband says that cooking empty does not cause a microwave to catch fire. Must have been an electrical short somewhere.

Good thing Joseph was truthful or all these talks would be laced with empty words.
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

But what was the point of his story? I lost it in imagining him swinging the microwave around by the cord.

"Spiritual maturity" is such a condescending phrase it drives me crazy.

We need Radio Free Mormon to investigate this story.

it’s funny when they just want to tell a funny anecdote and somehow shoehorn a gospel analogy in there to justify the telling of it.
