I'm a teacher, and I never ever ever give pop quizzes. I always allow students to use their notes. I even let them correct their wrong answers for partial credit.

Why? Because the idea of one big test that determines everything about your whole entire life (or, you know, your afterlife) is TOTALLY UNREALISTIC.

Remind me, which are the MLMs that sell "preparedness" items to gullible Mormons?

Also could Ol' Shiny possibly swallow his spit a LITTLE louder?
