So what's going on inside the temples these days?
So what's going on inside the temples these days?
Mrs. Hagoth and I were walking past the Draper temple and noticed there were a lot of cars in the lower parking lot where we are told to park when we do our temple cleaning assignment. The back door opened and a guy came out with a vacuum cleaner. It looks like they are continuing to send in the entire complement of cleaners even though the temple is closed. Wassup with that?

Even though regular Temple activities are on hold, perhaps the ordinance of the nude clogging still continues. Participants would not wish to get dust all over themselves.
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

They might also be counting the investment funds.

Got to keep people doing their assignments. They already have gotten out of weekly church. If you let them off too much of their work, they may start to think more about the world around them and their neighbors and forget about the church.
Sounds like a government make-work project. Go repave that road, even though it has been -epaved 5 times over the last 3 years, we need to keep the people busy.

Maybe the quorum of the anointed is talking a lot about how this time will prepare the way for a Temple in Independence.

Whatever it is, they shouldn't be doing it unless they are keeping their distance from each other and wearing protective equipment.
Do you think that is happening?
These things that Elohim-Inc. thinks are "important" are going to kill someone. Cleaning empty buildings, sending people into old member's homes to provide the sacrament... Make no mistake, someone is going to contract the virus and die because of this stupidity.

I think Jesus is working on a newer, better hosanna shout for next time. The last one was a complete dud.

As an aside, I don't miss the temple one bit. The last time I went, my car magically veered off the road as I drove away and I was carried as it were on a cloud to a local bar where I was able to soften the loyalty oath blows with a tasty beverage. What is wanted? the doorman asked. Adam having been subjected once again to silly costumes and loyalty oaths to empty suits, desires entrance so he may rest and imbibe. You may enter into the rest of your bartender, the doorman politely responded.
This is what should be going on inside.

Oh, don't worry. They've already killed people. Not only while serving missions but while they were doing the idiotic "Trek".
But it's important to have people (sheep) willing to sacrifice for the corporation.

I'm sure they're completing a cleaning assignment.
I got several emails about cleaning the regular, but similarly completely unoccupied, church buildings. There was also an accompanying email complaining that not enough people had shown up, because where would we be as a culture if we passed up an opportunity to both brag that we had done something few others did while spreading some guilt in the process?
I wonder if they know there's a pandemic and I wonder if there's any room under the rock they've been living under. Crazy.
It sends the message that church assignments >>>>> safety.
The church buildings will still be there when all this crap is over. Can the same be said of someone that may get infected while cleaning a vacant building?
If people are that concerned about some dust buildup, clean the building the Saturday immediately before you plan to open for business. There's no need to do weekly dustings when no one is using or planning to use the building.
