My First and Only Color Pencil Dragon

My daughter writes fiction and loves dragons, so I drew this for her a few years back, using a medium I rarely use, colored pencils....

That’s great! Your posts made me think I could draw a dragon too. Like golf on TV, you make it look super easy and clearly it’s not!

That's very close. The problem is you used lined paper.... :lol:

Truly, thank you. However, realize I do actually have about 40 hours in this one......

Just curious how much training or education in the arts you've had? I know you mentioned receiving some money from your grandad for some classes.

I had an art class in high school and the oil painting lessons outside of school, but that is all I've had formally. I am mostly self taught. I was a professional artist in woodworking using a scrollsaw for about 20 years however........
