Dude, been there, done that, still doing it. Just one more year until my Stake YM calling should end. I debate resignation frequently. Luckily it is pretty easy, especially when I skip half the meetings or more.

I tell myself this will be my last serious calling. I also teach primary with DW. Gets me out of EQ when we go.
