The Proclamation was written by one of the lawyers at Kirton McConkie.
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

Is he kind of implying that if a gay person has enough faith, God will make them straight in the next life? Kind of sounded like it to me.
