Love over religion, sharing true feeling of the struggle, empathizing with each side instead of judging, these are the keys to how I navigated my faith crisis with my DW and her eventually joining me. Not all relationships have that ability, but I hope those of you with a spouse on the other side of the Zion curtain can try and find the DMZ of love and focus on that above all the other noise. Getting the church out from between you and putting it on the fray is anything but easy for most.
