Could wanting your wife to take a few puffs partly arise from an unconscious desire for her to be more of an outsider to Mormonism? It would be kind of like how exmos often try coffee or beer partly to feel less Mormon, only applied to someone else.
Learn to doubt the stories you tell about yourselves and your adversaries.

Perhaps you can add some other elements of costume play. I'm sure as long as she keeps her garments on, it will all stay in the realm of normal God Ordained Marital Intimacy.
