Apology for my poor behavior

Post by 2bizE »

A few months ago, my family was on vacation on the east coast. While there, I witnessed a criminal activity that quite possibly resulted in harm to some innocent people. Rather an dialing 911 and possibly preventing serious harm, I instead chose to wait several days until I had returned home, and then met with my bishop to explain the crimes I had witnessed and to ask his advise on what I should do. For this I am truly sorry.

Selecting your bishop as the arbiter of your moral judgement is precisely the standard of morality that the institutional church wants.
