MormonLeaks published some statistics for missions in Central America.
https://mormonleaks.io/wiki/index.php?t ... REPORT.pdf
It includes sacrament meeting attendance numbers for 2013 and 2014 (even though they are labeled 2014 and 2015)
Combining those statistics with what is available on cumorah.com, I was able to fill in the gaps and come up with some interesting information about those countries:
Sacrament attendance for all of Central America went from 16.7% to 16.1%
All of the countries had average Sacrament meeting attendance of less than 20% for both years.
Sacrament attendance for Nicaragua in 2014 was 12.3%
Even with over 3500 missionaries in this area, sacrament meeting attendance dropped from 117687 to 116679 from 2013 to 2014.

Re: MormonLeaks: Mission Statistics
Probably by ignoring it as much as possible. Drawing any attention to it would only hurt them. Missionaries who served in those areas will glumly acknowledge the rampant inactivity then possibly renew their own efforts at ministering.
This is a tiny slice of the report I would really like to see. All ward clerks send quarterly reports of directly counted sacrament meeting attendance. I would love to see that data for the entire church broken out by region. My bishop loved to have a big missionary homecoming or farewell to boost our ward's numbers since our budget allowance was derived from attendance numbers in the quarterly report.
Re: MormonLeaks: Mission Statistics
Seems like a lot of baptizing with "no shows"...what does this say about what they are being told and what they learn...seems like the church is offering something else..perhaps other needs are being met but the doctrine is being ignored.
Re: MormonLeaks: Mission Statistics
They stopped reading any "statistical report" in general conference, and they hope that no-one will bother to look at the statistics they publish on their website. The vast majority of believers will not look, so... Mission (spin) accomplished!

They spin it by inserting this into the header of this report:
