Quentin Cook & the Marin Hospital

Sorry this isn't doctrinal, but thought I'd share to get the objectivity of the NOM community.

Is this real? Has anyone taken time to research this? Could be a good episode for RadioFreeMormon (Consiglieri) to consider...

I've looked into it and read all the old sfgate investigative journalist articles. It is indeed true that some heavy conflict of interest occurred. Now, what we don't know fully is the other side of the story regarding how poorly the Marin county hospital was being run at the time. Despite this, I feel strongly that what Cook did was opportunistic and greedy.

Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

When a person in a position of trust uses that position to enrich himself at the expense of the public, yeah, I’d say that’s a problem.
