Nibley believed the court record to be mythical but, much to his dismay, it was later produced and proven to be authentic (Joseph Smith and the 1826 Trial: New Evidence and New Difficulties, BUY Studies, 12:225.).
Did you mean BYU Studies? Do you want to remove one of the periods at the end?

Why did the brown seer stone fall out of favor and need to be replaced with something more devine?
did you mean divine?
http://www.dictionary.com/browse/divine
It would be okay with me if the replacement was Andy Devine, the beloved sidekick to Roy Rogers.

As a youngster, I used to love the voices of
both Andy Devine and Sterling Holloway.
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

Always been the good kid, but I wanted to know more, and to find and test truth.

Relax, your own voice will do fine.
