My in-laws are in the Jordan River Temple District. They were semi-willing ordinance workers before the building was closed for renovations a couple years ago, and it is about to reopen. They would rather not be ordinance workers again, but they will probably do it if asked cause they committed to do what God asks of them.
I feel like a lot has changed in mormonism in those 2 years, a lot has changed for me in any case. I am curious to see if those changes are enough to cause the temple district struggles to fill the need for ordinance workers.
