This was one of the weird surprises when I visit Utah. There are a surprising number of billboards along the freeway advertising cosmetic surgery. Surely this must simply be all the feminists, intellectuals, and homosexuals in Utah causing this demand.
Well ya know...in order to fulfill BOM prophesy, the COB would have used pills or surgery to turn the natives into a white an delightsome people, since baptizing them didn't work.
When I first read the title of this thread I immediately thought "Sh!t", but let me be a bit more verbose and say:

On a sidenote, I watched a short clip of some of my Nommish friends gathered around the edge of a very active volcano (crazy, I know!) in Ethiopia. They were looking for something to throw into the bubbling lava. They took off their garment tops and threw them in and they burst into flames. I was feeling quite jealous because I felt like that is the ultimate way to liberate oneself of garments.

Glowing eyes, as well as an attenuated bass voice, are signs one has been inhabited by a symbiote, such as, well... that thing you are not supposed to deny or risk outer darkness. Glad I caught myself before I could say it.

I'm hoping Mrs Misbehaved jumps on to share this story - while visiting her family this last weekend, her father (who is handicap and can barely walk) faked falling down in an effort to get sympathy/guilt so she would attend church with him and her mom.

My understanding is that plastic surgery is cheaper in Utah than in other places so the practice thrives here - not all customers come from Utah/are Mormon.
