Wife is the girls camp director and this year they are going on a 2 day guided rafting trip in utah. Which i think is really cool for my wife to do that.
Take a guess what you think the camp theme is for this trip? It shouldn't be to difficult

Honoring the Priesthood
Did I win?
Second guess, Staying worthy to marry in the temple.
The church has engineered your eternal family into a commodity that can be purchased with an annual fee. The fact that full tithing payment is a requirement for saving ordinances is the biggest red flag imaginable. Hagoth

In no particular order...
Religious "Freedom" AKA: Reinforce the persecution complex.
The Proclamation against the family. (No that's not a typo, just the truth.)
Modesty
Priesthood
Sabbath Day Observance
I shall return and edit as I come up with more stupid guesses.

The boat is the gospel. The scriptures are the life vests and the river guides are the prophets and apostles.
That is how it was portrayed in the info for camp...fun stuff

Float your boat before you float your faith.
Good faith does not require evidence, but it also does not turn a blind eye to that evidence. Otherwise, it becomes misplaced faith.

Hmmmm. Floaters are better than sinkers. Sorry, couldn't help myself
. Why can't they just have a rafting trip and do the spiritual stuff back at camp?

I've got that cheesy music from "Morality for Youth" in my head after reading this. Am I the only one?

So the boat is an old canoe that could tip over and swamp at any time, the life vest are sun faded, brittle and frequently not properly secured and the river guides are a bunch late tweens that have no idea how the world turns except for that particular river?
Reading can severely damage your ignorance.
