Denver Snuffer mentions a higher up being responsible for his discipline in his 10th lecture and on his blog. If you're interested, I could do a search on the lecture and p.m. you the quote. (I'm not interested in searching the blog; I also think he says it clearer in his lecture). If you're not interested, no problem.
There are 2 Gods. One who created us. The other you created. The God you made up is just like you-thrives on flattery-makes you live in fear.
