Nice job Scott. My guess is that you will not hear from them except for threats to take down your site.
Well composed.
Well documented.
Well delivered.
Well done!

Great job, Scott. The site is well done, looks nice. I like your voice.
I would like to say you will get the response you seek, but I'm too jaded on this.

Thanks for posting a link to your blog. I have read it and it's a very impressive document. Some thoughts . . .
First, I see you are dead serious about contacting the brethren. I would suggest that because you have been so completely shut down locally, you stand little chance at getting any attention. I'm not saying don't try, I'm just suggesting you seem to be expecting that miracle stuck in some orifice of impossible to happen. Having said that, trying itself is good medicine in and of itself so whatever you do on this very ambitious journey will be worth it regardless of outcome in my view.
Another point. One would think that the brethren would step up to defend their position OR apologize as you suggest OR refund our tithing, but what seems clear to me, is they can never be in our camp and we will continue to hear a deafening silence from them. Either they know exactly what they are doing (Culture of Concealment as you so nicely describe it and as Radio Free Mormon so eloquently argues in his podcast, 'the great Mormon History Coverup') OR they are no different than the rest of the orthodox membership (including you, me, and many others who have, until recently, broken through this stone wall) suffering from something coined the illusory truth effect. Essentially, it's the very sad reality that if you repeat something long enough, it will trump truth as many a politician - say . . . Trump, for example, knows . It's why you, like myself and again, many others conclude that this is so simple and all we need to do is tell our loved ones, write a powerful speech, or present details that would convince a chicken to fly south. They (not the chickens) will get it, right? Nope. They can't. They are high-jacked by the illusory truth effect. Point is, either way your hooped. You can't possibly breach the ITE or the CofC as the Brethren have no construct that supports a rationale, evidence based model for breaking this mold.
Here's just an editorial suggestion. From your blog you wrote:
I also see you have targeted Oct. GC for the Brethren to present this regret and remorse. Wow! Pretty bold, bro. I admire your courage and ambition and I say go for it as I'm a believer in the shoot for the stars and you might land on the moon supposition. You may be trying to garner support for your objective through your blog, but I'm not very confident it will get the support your looking for unless you have a pretty awesome social media campaign loaded and ready with your finger on the trigger. I dare say that unless you've got the public presence of Bill Reel or John Dehlin, you're not likely to get any of the top execs attention. I wish you lot's of luck (which I find more reliable than faith based testimonies over hard facts). You'll need it.
Please. Do keep us informed. You are very insightful, thorough, with some inspiring fire in the belly. Thanks again for the link.

You will likely need to include a definition of each of the bolded words in you quote as the leadership will be completely bewildered having never encountered them previously. Word like regret and remorse are likely to be perceived as mortars that will send them diving for cover rather than stepping out with a howdy handshake to have the conversation you are hoping to have with them. A softer tone will generate a better result (again in my op) if you are looking for others to join the fray.with the purpose of requesting a written statement of remorse and regret from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
